Pennington’s use traditional distilling methods to meticulously craft their Lake District spirits, using a dedicated 150-litre copper still. They infuse their spirits with botanicals foraged from the fells that surround us, meaning each bottle holds the true flavours of the Lake District landscape.
Firmly committed to sustainability and stewardship, each Cumbrian botanical is meticulously gathered using respectful foraging practices – from vibrant wild juniper and elder berries to delicate heather flowers. The Pennington’s distillery also uses renewable energy harnessed from over 70 solar panels to power their copper still, allowing them to reduce the environmental impact of every artisan spirit produced.
