Based in Cumbria, Nook Farm Honey pride themselves on producing the finest British honey, all raw, pure and unpasteurised. Each of their 8 different honeys derives its flavour from the nectar of a different British flora. These honeys are produced at carefully selected apiaries across the UK, who treat their bees with the utmost care, before being filtered and bottled onsite at Nook Farm in Newcastleton, Cumbria.
All of Nook Farm’s honeys are single flower honeys, with the exception of their Cumbrian and Yorkshire Wildflower honeys, whose bees gather pollen from fields of mixed British wildflowers. This means that production of each honey is both limited and exclusive, as environmental conditions have to be correct for each flower or tree type to produce the right quantity of nectar each year.
Their Cumbrian Wildflower Honey won a Great Taste Award in 2022 and their Yorkshire Heather Honey won the same in 2023, proving that Nook Farm’s commitment to quality and provenance shows through in the delicious flavours of their honeys.
