Ginger Bakers have been proudly creating their award-winning Lake District cakes since 2006. Each cake, biscuit or traybake is still handmade in their bakery just outside Kendal.
Established in 2006, when founder Lisa first moved to the Lake District, Ginger Bakers’ growing success has never taken precedence over their founding principles: cakes hand-made in small batches, with only the highest quality ingredients. Each one is then hand decorated, cut and wrapped, before arriving at its final destination.
Ginger Bakers source only the best ingredients from local farmers and producers, creating unique recipes thanks to their care, attention to detail, and focus on local industry.
