Chocolarder

Chocolarder is one of the UK’s few bean-to-bar chocolate producers, based in Cornwall. Founded in 2012 by trained pastry chef Mike, they have always been committed to sourcing the best ingredients for their chocolate, and doing so locally. The result is a chocolate bar which is sustainably made, supports UK industry, and tastes great too.

Once their cocoa beans arrive at the factory in Falmouth, every stage of the lengthy production process is carried out by the Chocolarder team, giving them great control over the final product and quality. All Chocolarder’s chocolate is free from palm oil, emulsifiers or any artificial ingredients, and all their packaging is completely plastic-free.

Chocolarder carefully choose the cocoa farms they collaborate with, paying above fair trade price to their farmers. They also support several reforestation charities, who work with cocoa-growing communities to improve their production processes. Chocolarder only uses cocoa beans from crops that are 100% organically grown and pesticide free.
